    Rebels 2014

I congratulate the Rebels for the clear tactic of making their intentions clear very early with the two egos . Gets around all of the crap speculation spread by player managers to ramp up the deal. Pray the Force and Tahs don't overpay as these blokes don't deserve it

    For Sale: One Test 10

This whole situation is really very sad. He actually can be a reasonable young bloke, quite polite, friendly and can hold a decent conversation unlike a lot of other players. The massive ego and complete sense of entitlement is the problem. Also sad to say a reflection of his upbringing. I'm...

Word from the camp on the coaching situation is it's down to two candidates , both Macs. Also apparently not keen at all on re signing JOC (James O'Connor).

Deans or Ewen . Whoever is not coaching the wobblies. My money on Ewen

    Rebels 2014

After tonight again clear that OConnor is a ball runner and one of the best . He is a very average ball player. Shame a combination of his ego and Deans stubbornness means we are not seeing his best as a game breaking runner of the ball.

Smith was the starting loose head in the team that won the comp last year. Lahiff turned down selection in the England A team to move to Aust. Both sound like significant improvements to me

    Rebels 2014

Signing Smith and Lahiff big step in that direction.

    Rebels 2014

I think the Rebs are determined to find the best available Coach irrespective of the team performance for the rest of the year. I believe there may be a view that team performance at the moment is what should have been delivered from the start of the season and that the goings on in SA were...

    Rebels 2014

Mmmn don't think so . Certainly not as Head Coach.

Squad now looks like this for next year. Weekes, Alo Emille,Smith,Lahiff,Aloheli Sexton,Leafa,TBA Pyle,Neville,Thomson,TBA Higgers,Timani,Jones,Faainga,Fulgistaller,Reid Burgess,Stirzaker Foley,Roberts Inman,Mitchell,English,TBA Vuna,Rockabaro,Kingston Woodward So this leaves only 3spots in...

Foley to be confirmed today apparently.

    Rebels 2013

Unfortunately, there is no doubt that JOC (James O'Connor) plays primarily for himself, not his team mates. This should not be construed as doubting his professionalism because he is about the best on field trainer in the squad. He also certainly never shirks the hard work in a game despite what some may think...

    Rebels 2013

Unfortunately have to accept that signing both KB (Kurtley Beale) and JOC (James O'Connor) is the biggest mistake the club has made in it's history. Worse than Cipriani. I remember when I told a mate of mine in Sydney (who happens to be a current injured Wallaby), that the Rebels were apparently going to sign the both of them...

    Rebels 2014

Here that JOC (James O'Connor) didn't look like a happy boy after the game on Friday. Understand he actually may not have any offers at the moment from any teams! He will no doubt get something but his financial expectations may need to drop Hope this is the humbling experience he needs. Fear unfortunately it...

    Rebels 2014

Hill has apparently privately admitted to being intimidated by JOC (James O'Connor). Thats pretty scary. Also think Rabo are in the same position as the Rebs with him, fed up .

    Rebels 2014

Unfortunately Hill has been part of the problem with these two blokes , so that won't work. A new head coach of the Cheika, White variety may be able to sort out JOC (James O'Connor). Beales problems as I think we all now see are far more complicated and potentially damaging. As much to himself unfortunately.

    Rebels 2014

They wont get both , however opens up the prospect of Foley to the Rebels. Say again the Rebels organization have already made up their mind they dont want Beale and are probably 80 % certain about making no offer to OConnor. Both these blokes whilst talented players , for different reasons ...

Good on Pete, but really he was a bit of a disaster at the Rebels. Consistently ran into touch , wouldnt tackle and very loose off the field. Seems like he may have woken up to himself over the past twelve months.

    Rebels 2013

He wants to stay at the Rebs. The question is do they want him.

I think Gus is probably a 15 and not as good a one as Woodward. Hope we resign Kimami, has some real gas, something we lack
