    Brumbies v Hurricanes QF - Friday 21 July - 7:35pm

I don't mean to be negative but I just don't see how the Brumbies get up in this one. Canes got too much talent and they just have a very well rounded game that will deliver. They will need to have an absolute shocker for the Brumbies to be in with a chance.

    Aussie Player Exodus

@ Killer, I think we are talking in the same view. For the reasons you outline I believe we need to look at foreign players and apply a national interest test. I think it is a band aid solution as you do though I get the impression you thought I was in opposite view. Players committed to...

    Aussie Player Exodus

Foreign players need to be looked at. There has to be a national interest test applied to those signings. It is not to much to ask of the Franchised to present a case to justify the recruitment on those grounds. I would also like the ARU to explore policy options are the potential to have a...

    Aussie Player Exodus

Two issues here. Money hungry players can nick off. With limited resources, there is not much that can be done about that. The bigger issue is access to opportunity for players willing to stay and earn their stripes and strive to reach the top (Wallaby Jersey). These are the players that...

    Good stuff Braveheart.

    The new Wallaby jersey

In regards to the Jersey, what clan group is the art work from? Got to remember as white fellas that Indigenous Australia consists of many different clan groups, all with their own identity.

    Reds 2018

A bloke playing rugby for the right reasons. I like it.

    The new Wallaby jersey

Torres Strait Islands flag you mean.

    The Wallabies Thread

Moore shouldn't have been starting at the Reds ahead of Mafi who grabbed his limited opportunities with both hands. RHP - Sorry son, you don't play for the Tahs.

I like Rodda getting into that training squad.

Force Vs Waratahs, Round 17 - Saturday 15th July, NIB Stadium

The Force sum up the things I love in rugby. Where do I sign up for a supporter membership? You won my sentiment and as such, you win my financial support. Reds have done the exact opposite and continue to do so as alumni of the arrogant rugby establishment. FUCK YOU QRU. As for Twiggy...

Highlanders v Reds, Round 17, July 14. Party at Tony Brown's.

Props should never be captain. Far too easy for them to be polarizing in the eyes of the ref due to the position. Fuck it, I would have Cooper captain. I'm not joking either.

Highlanders v Reds, Round 17, July 14. Party at Tony Brown's.

Horwill appointed captain happened before Link came to the Reds. Phil Mooney did that. Horwill in Links first year suffered a season ending injury in round two vs the Crusaders. If I remember correctly, Link played him at 6 the week before against the Tahs.

Waratahs v Jaguares, Round 16 - Saturday 8 July, Allianz Stadium

Foley being coached by Mehrtens explains why they need to hide him in defense.

Waratahs v Jaguares, Round 16 - Saturday 8 July, Allianz Stadium

Sorry to get off the thread topic but: A good pathway for young talent identified for the elite level should be club rugby and the club environment at the amateur level. What I would like to see is the regional unions convert to the off season of elite rugby and young talent spend time...

Force Vs Waratahs, Round 17 - Saturday 15th July, NIB Stadium

Force will want to smite the Tahs in a big way me thinks. They have plenty to play for.

    Waratahs 2018

Monster locking combo there I see. Go hard for Simmons.

Waratahs v Jaguares, Round 16 - Saturday 8 July, Allianz Stadium

A good can of harden the fuck up is what's needed. Be a man before being a rugby player. I don't mean that in a macho sense but rather to have honour. That is what is good about club rugby as a development pathway as they get lived experience to remind them of the privilege and opportunity...

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

Sad Farewell to the Kings. I think they have a shitload of potential. They play a balanced game, look extremely fit and well coached. They have played some quality rugby this season and were on the up as a young franchise. Much more than can be said of the Shite we have seen from other...
