    The Wallabies Thread

This old chestnut of 'test level' is part of the problem. Even before we debate player x vs y we need to play the rugby that suits us regardless of any stereotype of test rugby. Our lack of national coaching policy has really created this. I like Foley though my issue is this madness of...

    Barbarians Australian Tour 2017

Alan's got the other 14 positions covered dru. Just ask him and he will tell you all about it.

    The Wallabies Thread

Quade has ball playing ability for two and has always played better with a direct 12 who gets that front foot ball by the most direct means possible. It is exactly why Anthony Fainga'a played that way for the Reds and Digby Ioane always had that roving commission to play off his shoulder. I...

    Reds 2017

I must admit that I don't care much these days. I used to drop everything to make sure I watched the Reds play. These days I simply would rather go fishing or camping or do other things. I love the game of rugby and always will but the fun has just been sapped out of Australian Rugby for me.

Beale has got plenty of talent. I don't dispute that at all. He also has demonstrated a shit attitude throughout his career and there has been no shortage of people that have accommodated this. Beale fans need not worry. In the fucked up world that is Australian rugby, he will waltz...

Beale is the golden boy remember. Always has been.

    Reds 2017

This is sad how bad it has become. When they ring chasing 2018 memberships say: 'No, I will consider renewing in 2019 if you get your act together'. Somebody should go to the Hague for crimes against rugby for the way the Reds have fallen into disarray. Any good grass roots campaigners on...

    The Wallabies Thread

Wallabies need to focus on the less glamorous stuff. Hunt is a very big loss in this sense. Wallabies need to identify who is the player that will organize the defence on the field. It isn't a glamorous job yet it is essential. Wallabies for some time have been missing that person. Hunt...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

When was the last time the Brumbies pulled a decent crowd? Seriously. This isn't an overnight problem. When we have a franchise to be axed, it is on the nose that a community wouldn't come and support their side in finals footy. Fact is Brumbies are safe as they are of the same protected...

    Where to for Super Rugby?

Just die then. Fuck the Brumbies off. As we say in rugby, use it or lose it.

    Where to for Super Rugby?

If you don't have the heart to turn up and watch your team play finals footy at home, you simply don't deserve your team. This was the moment when Canberra needed to step up and support their team and they blew it. NO EXCUSES.

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

Just do away with the conferences and have each team play each other once. At least we will have a top 8 determined by merit. Then the burden of travel can be a genuine case of 'stiff shit'.

So it's in the bag that we will beat Japan. Wow, looks to me we aren't in any position to make such assumptions.

    Brumbies v Hurricanes QF - Friday 21 July - 7:35pm

I think I've nailed it. Rugby is so soft in this country because we have a generation of parents that wrap their kids up in cotton wool.

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

Lions were friggin' lucky to escape with a win. Some really dumb decisions and some of their key players really dropped their shit. Would want to smarten up for the Canes next week. Cheifs vs Stormers was also very underwhelming. Week one of finals saw some shit rugby and some even...

@ waiopehu oldboy, good win by the Saders. Very well played. Played the conditions well with a great deal of skill.

Strange world Dan as then the Blues who beat the Lions have now lost to the Sunwolves. Full credit to the Sunwolves might I add.

Super Rugby 2017: matches not involving Australian teams

One team bet the BI Lions without their AB's. The other couldn't beat them with them. :p

Tipping the Clan to upset the Saders. They know how to beat these blokes and I think their up for it.
