Brumbies v Waratahs, Sat 1st April, GIO

Well. i think that was a damn fine effort by the Tahs, no way near perfect, but solid defence again, hard in contact and created some nice stuff The ponies were better on the night, but there wasn't a lot in it at a place where I thought they would be spanked

    Wallabies 2023

I think Hanigan is a limited player who is prepared play a role, he will hit rucks, catch clean, make his tackles and now do OK ball in hand as per his coaches instructions - all adequately in a couple of positions But I am quite happy to see him overshadowed for some who does that role better

    Wallabies 2023

I wouldn't get overly excited about this first squad, it is not unusual to see Jones sniff around a few fringe dwellers whilst giving the "incumbents" a kick up the arse That said building a RWC squad requires requires a number of units for are that classic utility bench option The flexible...

    Aussie Player Exodus

There is a stand down rule as well for replacements so everyone is on an even keel

Shaun Edwards would probably be the best defensive coach in the world. Andy Farrell started off their as well

I don't think Foketi & Perese deserve picks

    Waratahs 2023

I see little issue with having one at 15 and the other in the 14/15 role, with Mark N (Nawaqanitawase) at 11 the bigger issue is finding centres who can get them the ball in space

    Wallabies 2023

That is a different statement than if he is of "international standard", and I would much prefer a wobs without Him, Hunter and Perese

I would have agreed with you prior to his efforts in our tests last year, I thought he was pretty good (surprised me)

I think Noah is the most likely to go, just because of his time in the seat, rather than his ability to boss a test match

    Wallabies 2023

You would think, if we are being realistic, Jones will want Cooper and either JOC (James O'Connor) or Foley in the RWC squad with a third option from the Kids If Cooper goes down, you don't want to rely on a kid to start a RWC major game. But post RWC, they will all be up for consideration and we can complain...

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

Tahs "width" is a crash ball inside or outside the 10

    Wallabies 2023

Ben Donaldson hasn't fired a shot so far a 10, he hasn't looked like getting his backs functioning, isn't breaking tackles himself and his kicking from hand has been below par

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

It was tuck the ball and get over/through the ad line, it worked, we then got down the to the goal and tried our short passing and dropped the ball (Lambert I think) In theory it can work, but when pigs are blowing after 3 or four phases as the structure breaks down it is recipe for a knock...

    Rebels v Reds 25/03 @ AAMI

He seems the most positive choice at the moment, he looks for ways to win games, but lets see how he goes over the next few weeks, he gets to enjoy the Drua, Crusaders & Blues in the next three outings
