    Week 8 - Waratahs vs Force - Saturday 15 April @ 7:35pm

The system worked, whilst missed on the day, the illegal effort was caught and punished Unless we have major injuries Swinton is very unlikely to appear in the rep quads and Sydney Uni is going to gain a serious unit when he finishes his time on the naughty step

    Wallabies 2023

A lot of players, especially the European based, are partly picked up because they can play through the 6 nations period

    Waratahs 2023

So do they send the second string to Auckland this week? I would

    Week 8 - Waratahs vs Force - Saturday 15 April @ 7:35pm

Not exactly the side I was predicting the Tahs would be rolling out at the start of the season

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

Time in play between breaks has increased, breaks are shorter, sure this one was 10 minutes in, but the point stands

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

As the game speeds up, big units tire and they will be less accurate Now that means zippy little players will get more opportunities to isolate bigger units, but sometimes that tired big unit will screw up and scrag one of the dwarves illegally - it is inevitable, they will stick out an arm or...

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

Of course it was his intention to pound Toole into the ground - he is a back, it is what forwards dream of doing, but the execution was clumsy and he will enjoy some time on the side line Now we can argue the time on the side line should be longer, it seems too short to me

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

I think every yellow is now under review by the match borg to see if it deserves being upgraded I not sure if we need another card or just let spectators learn, but a note on the score board would add valuable info to the crowd that it has turned into a red and when the replacement can go on

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

It was a clumsy attempted block by a giant on a dwarf, the system worked

    Round 7: Reds v Brumbies - Friday April 7 @ Suncorp 7:35pm

I really like the system, it removes the drudgery of watching refs try to decide this stuff on stadium screens while the game stops

    Waratahs 2023

I would be surprised to see Perese hang around

    Wallabies 2023

I expect he will be the 15 for the first test of the year (and he deserves it) and that may be a poison chalice unless Eddie has them performing amazingly from test one

    Wallabies 2023

Being "stuck" behind units in our standard of teams is not demonstration of the "stuck's" great worth, we aren't very good, our teams aren't very good They are stuck behind someone else because (in no particular order) 1/ The coach doesn't think they are ready 2/ Their form isn't good enough...

If we had 20 sides, that would still be happening

    Wallabies 2023

We can't provide enough quality units for the current sides Lets try being competitive before trying to expand and dilute our talent pool even further

    Wallabies 2023

I would be amazed if they only took one 9 with the limitations one bringing in replacements I think either Nawaqa or Paisami would drop out for another 9 As to the fifth prop, I think Robertson is also a viable option unless Pone can play long, consistent minutes without getting wounded

    Wallabies 2023

I remember being on another more toxic rugby message board reading continuously of Larkham's defensive frailties from pommy posters after he was run over by some angry backrower Clearly we would have done better with Phil Waugh at 10

    Wallabies 2023

We focus on a units weaknesses, not their strengths, I do it, we all do it It reminds me of the bitching over Hooper's missed tackle stats, the guys shoots out to interrupt the attack, that is a low percentage play, but in his role as defined by the coaches But a 10 should be able to make his...

    Wallabies 2023

I think Leota is the obvious choice in the squad for that role but he is wounded

    Wallabies 2023

I don't think he is deserving of starting at test level but as a 4/6 bench option in a 4/3 split ......................... the list after Leota is slim
