I think he prefers to guarantee the $$$ from his last big contract, I can understand the logic

    SR2023 R2 - Waratahs vs Drua - Saturday 4 March @ 7.35pm

Coleman said last night that a number of the Tahs were still building match fitness "as they hadn't played for a while" I think Swinton is one of them, he still looks half a second behind the play

I would still like to see a clean sequence between our centres with a bit more team work, we have a load of individuals at the moment

    SR2023 R2 - Waratahs vs Drua - Saturday 4 March @ 7.35pm

A more sensible back row and Sinclair is a good Super Rugby lock

    Waratahs 2023

Losing Bell means we losing attacking weapon who is a solid scrummager. We now end up with, at best, with units who can hold their own at scrum time and not drop the ball & miss tackles in the lose It is the standard net loss of losing a starting test player for the season

    Wallabies 2023

Any good manager wants to develop his underlings and see them excel. Sometimes that is an internal move, sometime external, I see this as a great opportunity for McKellar

Australian Super Rugby Team of the Week 2023

Yep, "if" say Nandalo comes on and score 4 tries in 15 minutes, he may deserve a spot

Australian Super Rugby Team of the Week 2023

Always an interesting point, a prop/hooker/lock will usually play 45'ish minutes starting or 35 off the bench, is that 10 minutes difference that critical to judge the best player?

    SR2023 R2 - Waratahs vs Drua - Saturday 4 March @ 7.35pm

If we start throwing dumb passes again to players in worse positions it will be painful If we pull our heads in, play for field position (as we should with Edmed) and build score board pressure we should win. But that has been the game plan vs Fiji teams for 50 years

Australian Super Rugby Team of the Week 2023

that was clearly his best touch, but IMHO there was more quality touches, under far more pressure from Petaia this week

Yeah, they have forwards with more pace than our backs, there was one moment where one of their locks accelerated into space, faark Their 13 looks great as well

Australian Super Rugby Team of the Week 2023
