If there is so much demand to play rugby at this level in Mosman, then I think the club and others like it should consider splitting into 2 clubs. I acknowledge it is a radical idea with a number of challenges.

It was definitely an AR call from the open side AR, which was Cooper. I am pretty sure that there was an offending player that was slow to get back (possibly buggered or even dazzed/injured); wider than in the picture above. I believe it was Perese. Debatable call IMO.

Souths had the combination of strong group of young players. IIRC they made the GF in Colts 1, then 2nd Grade (might have won), then First Grade in a short period of time. Plus they had $ to attract multiple high quality players ie Timani brothers, Ulugia, Nic Henderson to name but a few.

I am not convinced that an allocation from the Tahs would change much. Either the players are playing for the Tahs and they are only available late in the season by which time it is too late to have an impact for a bottom 4 club. Or you get lucky and get a guy who is excellent at club rugby but...
