I think the All Blacks will win undefeated. Wallabies to finish second with a disappointing boks last

I am tipping the All Blacks. The boks have a harder draw this year and I think their team is not quite as strong as last year. Conversely the blacks have improved and with 2 homes games v the boks, should be able get the choccies.

I have no idea where we will finish, probably last, however if Deans and Rocky can open a few cans of "harden the f- up" then anything could happen.

Anyone want to stick a poll at the top?

I am picking the All Blacks as well, by the way.

Weird thread. Three people say they they're backing the Blacks, and all 4 votes (incoluding mine) are for the Boks.

Sat, 11 Sep Australia v New Zealand Sydney

Away games win the tri nations, I can see the Boks winning one game in NZ. I can see NZ winning a game in Aus, I can't see Aus winning a game in SA.

The key game for the Boks is the Brisbane Test after 2 big games in NZ, Aus could actually be a chance there.

Boks to win the Series
NZ second
Aus Last

even after a weak S14 i think the blacks are just hitting their stride. if they can stay healthy i think it's theirs. anyone notice their squad is mccaw and a bunch of blindsides/8's? what if he goes down...

ABs will win tri-nations, South Africa a close second as they will win their home games.

One person so far has picked the Wallabies. Anyone want to nut up and admit it was them? Brave prediction.

Or, maybe a mod can change the poll so that you can see who voted for what so we can have some bragging rights...

I originally voted SA to win this years tri- nations but on closer look at the draw I think NZ will probably sneak in by a bonus point or two. Last years tri nations was marked by teams struggling to perform when they had to back up 3 weeks in a row. South Africa do it in weeks 1- 3 and should be ripe for the picking by Australia in Brisbane. For the same reason (and probably a number of others) Australia will struggle against NZ in Christchurch and really struggle on return from SA with the game against NZ in Sydney.
Given the same reasoning I guess Australian may be a chance against SA in Bloemfontein but I wouldn't be putting my house on it.

The TriNations can be a done deal within three weeks. Well thats what I hope for and feeling pretty confident about the Bokke change. We have real depth now and in much better state compare to a year back.

Maybe I am just dreaming and a tad biased.

Saffers look too big too fast too strong. They've got World Xv players across the park.
Kiss of death?

We have to knock the All Blacks over in NZ first up and hope Snor & kie will rotate in the first two to give some gas for the Wallaby third one.

Why are the Wallabies even listed as an option?

This poll should just be between the All Blacks and the Springboks.

If the votes were open I'm sure many of us would change to the Wallabies!

Make that two votes. I take responsibillity for one of them. Go the Wallabies.

When we win th tri nations, make no mistake, I will be quoting myself.

Three votes for Wobs, with all of their front five apart from horwill coming back as well as sanchez and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) i think we could definetly trouble the boks.

The all blacks seem to have something on the Wb's i think they are just better at what deans is trying to achieve with us whereas the boks are a different type of team.

Also JOC (James O'Connor), quade and sanchez are a year older wiser and less likely to make mistakes ( i hope)

I fess up to picking the Blecks and think they are playing better than the Boks at the moment.

Why are the Wallabies even listed as an option?

This poll should just be between the All Blacks and the Springboks.

Sadly, Reddy, I tend to agree. And unless they all get a major kick up the bum the Wobs have about as much chance at the Bledisloe as the Boks do.
