What the absolute fuck?
Is this confirmation Cox is looking to sell?
Either way it has private ownership so whats the ARU to do?

Would need to be at least 6 teams playing each other 3 times (the A-League and NBL both do this) imo. Add in Fiji for 7 even.
What doesRocky Elsom know about running a rugby company?
I reckon that's Dismal Pillock's work: the whole rugby community is so stressed that no bizarre suggestion is to implausible to be rejected.
By the way: this story is proof we jumped the shark.
When does Godwin's law kick in?

Since when has the issue for the Rebels been ownership or is this a sign Cox wants out?
Would the ARU have to sign off on the sale if it was to go ahead?
Does this mean it’s time to up the ante on the stupid?the whole rugby community is so stressed that no bizarre suggestion is to implausible to be rejected.
Is that a drill being developed for the coaches summit?
Some what confusing.

Ralph?I think we're talking more of the Coaches Nadir.
Didn't know that - but why would he want to buy a club that may cease to have a comp to play in?Apart from having done it before?

not bad. has a certain alliteration to it. although in all likelihood, the actual final name would be a LOT more offensive and would likely be culled from the Alltime Crim 1st XV thread.Gunston Gonads
There is another article published tonight from Leo Schlink stating the Vic government is willing to consider assistance, but Cox needs to reaffirm his intention not to sell. http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/sp...n/news-story/182836089330f42ceeb0479e1942e2d8

Certainly sounded like it was more a sounding board with others from coaching and elsewise, perhaps with an aim of distilling his own ideas about where he wants the Wallabies to go. I'm not sure anyone should see this as, in any way, a step towards proper centralised coaching academy structures as seen in NZ. But it wasn't really that clear.Cheika seemed to agree with you that it could hardly be called a summit.
Yea, saw that embedded in the Rocky article. Interesting. Perhaps Tex's idea to bomb the inbox of John Uren worked.
