The Sharks have rolled the Stormers. More twist and turns to come.

Beat me to it here, Spook...shame Stormers got a bonus point after the bell, should have not happened...

Still Tahs much stronger chance to get a home semi...just hope Bulls dont let Stormers win tho...

It also means my first ever perfect tipping round this season!!!! Yes, I tipped against Reds, Force and Stormers...

If the Stomers win, they'll get a home semi as they have a huge points differential.

That Stormers bonus point has killed the Reds chances. Their only chance is if Reds get up by at least 100 points but that is only if the Stormers lose without a bonus point.

Brumbies need a bonus to guarantee a semi spot.

Waratahs just need to win

So if the Stormers win, then it's:

1. Bulls
2. Stormers
3. Winner Waratahs v Hurricanes
4. Winner Crusaders v Brumbies

So you'd have a couple of tough trips to the Republic for the ANZACs.

If the Stormers lose, then the situation is a bit more inviting:

1. Bulls
2. Winner Waratahs v Hurricanes
3. Winner Crusaders v Brumbies
4. Stormers

You could have the Stormers knock over the Bulls and have the Bulls Stormers travel east to ... Sydney?

The Cinderella story is still alive. The Reds are still in it. Well ok its highly unlikely but the Tahs have still got the season to throw away at the last hurdle so thats something to look forward to.

Point of order Mr Speaker - if the Stormers knock over the Bulls in a semi, the Bulls will only be going to Sydney on holiday...

Crusaders can still finish 2nd if they win by bonus point and canes win without bonus point and stormers lose.
A drawn match somewhere will throw everything out of whack.
Regardless you would think bulls very hard to beat.

If the Brumbies beat the Saders and Tahs lose to the Canes and the Stormers lose then Brumbies into second. (Not that it'll happen like that)

I'm going to tip the Bulls, Hurricanes and Crusaders. That gives you:

1. Bulls
2. Hurricanes
3. Crusaders
4. Stormers

Bulls beat Stormers, Crusaders beat Hurricanes, Bulls beat Crusaders. You heard it here first, etc.

I am just happy to see the Tahs in a position that their success is in their own hands, if they are good enough they play in the semis, if not .............. well we blame Hickey I guess despite the team playing bloody improved rugby and scoring plenty of meat pies

Nah, it's over unfortunately. The Reds needed the Stormers to lose without a bonus point. As it is even if the Stormers lose without a BP next week and the Reds win with one, they still won't have the points diff to make it. The other four teams vying for a place are two points or more ahead and playing each other, so no love there either.

It's a real pity. The played so well all season... still, I'm a Tah's supporter, so I can bask in sunshine for the moment and be bitterly disappointed next week.

What if:

1. Reds win by 30
2. Tahs and Canes draw, no bonus points
3. Brumbies and Offsaders draw, no bonus points.
4. Bulls beat Stormers by 20.

That gives you this

1. Bulls
2. Tahs
3. Stormers
4. Reds

Waz said it on another thread. I'd prefer to see the resurgent Brumbies over in the finals the depleted Reds.

Against shit opposition.

Yes. I's like to see the try count for the top six teams against each other.

Tahs Beat Canes with bp
Brumbies Beat Saders with bp
Bulls beat stormers

1. Bulls
2. Tahs
3. Brumbies
4. Stormers

Tahs roll Brumbies in front of a sellout crowd with awesome atmosphere at the SFS (only finals are played at ANZ)

Stormers beat bulls

Waratahs beat Stormers at ANZ Stadium in front of 100,000 fans and Phil Waugh lifts the trophy and gets a call from Robbie Deans the next day

All this talk about Phil Waugh in the Wallabies should simply be talk. We need and require Pocock there, and I think Waugh will not in the slightest assist the Wallabies to the glory of the Rugby World Cup
