:nta: :nta: :nta:This sounds like another Wazza-2K attack but I must reassure you; it is not! In all the success the Reds have had lately, I am yet to watch or read of Ioane having a great game leave alone get mentioned anywhere.

He seems to be the only one in the Reds team who feels entitled to a Wallaby Jersey while the rest of the team fights hard for those spots. Granted that he never has a bad game, I think his absence might inspire them even further.

They have played very well without Horwill and I think their success might be bolstered in the absence of Ioane this season and Hynes next season.

Barnes left, they did pretty well. The Reds has always been the team where young and new players go to get game time. I bet you if Elsom had signed here, glory would have been all unto him.

Traditionally, I cheer for the Brumbies but for once, I would want to cheer for the Reds. I like supporting the Underdog.

I hate to ask, but how do you know he feels entitled to a wallaby jersey? I've had something to do with him in the past and he's the last person who would have that attitude...

Not having a go at you... I may have missed your point.

I suppose being 2nd in the comp in terms of tackles broken isn't good enough.

what are you talking about? Did you not see the Sharks game or the Force game? That's just two stand outs:

He was bloody brilliant in the Sharks game.

How about stats? You want stats? What about just the last game v the Bulls:

17 ball carries. More than anyone in the game.
4 line breaks. More than anyone in the game.
ran for 178 metres. More than anyone in the game.

I find you staggering Waz. I am all for people having opinions, but yours' must be the most illogical ones I have read on here.

Ha, that person must have watched that 5 seconds of game time when Saia knocked on and made an opinion based on that.

Just dont take him too seriously. I find Waz's posts to be a nice break from the more serious threads.

Whether he feels entitled or not is really a moot point. He is going to get one.

Are you a Force supporter in disguise?

I just watched the replay and Digby was very busy. I was surprised at how many times he hit the ball up close to the ruck from inside balls from forward runners. Worked really well. He is awesome in close.

Next you will be saying Quade is erratic.

I don't mind these kind of illogical posts: They allow us to fire up and keep the boards ticking over...!

I think we are all guilty of a little daftness in our posts from time to time.

Ioane probably hasn't been making the line breaks he did in the past but he's doing the work and pulling extra defenders which creates space for Faingga and his wingers. No complaints here about his form.

Last season when the Reds faired poorly, many complained that Ioane wasn't sorrounded by enough talent to make him shine. Now, he's got talent everywhere. His line breaks are not what they used to be. When Barnes left, many thought he would be a lost cause playing for such an outfit.

My question here is, Ioane is playing the same rugby he was playing last season. Why does everyone here find it unreasonable to ask for more from him? He wanted his fellow Reds to step up and Quade to stop breaking into Houses. Well, the Reds stepped up! Quade hasn't broken into a house since then.

So my question to you Ioane is, "what have you done for me Lately?" :nono

If I was to post a thread, "Ioane vs AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) @ #13", what would your thoughts on this be?

As a Brumby member, fuck the stats, I will name what AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) has done for us! Boom! Boom! Boom! No BS!

Actually I watched the game on Sunday morning with a shocking hangover and on fast forward and came away thinking he had a pretty poor game. I watched it again the other day and realised he was actually pretty good but I definately wouldnt have had him in my 3,2,1 points. There were at least 5 times he failed to make the advantage line and was giving the impression he wasnt big enough or strong enough against the huge Bulls pack. However some of these times were because of poor passes from Genia or poor support that left him at the mercey of the defence. Credit to him for dusting himself off and throwing himslf back in there every time. Does anyone have the stats on how many times he makes it over the advantage line?

You've already asked the question and got your response. Rephrasing isn't going to help.

Well gone on then name em? He's an outside back how many tries in the last two years for the Brumbies?

Don't get me wrong I'm a big fan of AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) he would be one of the 1st backs in my Wallaby 15, one of the main reason's I like AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) is because he actually plays a hell of a lot better when wearing Gold.

Hahah mate surely you're having a go.

But if you want me to answer you seriously...

If you are a Brumbies supporter, why do you give a toss about Ioane? Furthermore, if you are a Brumbies supporter, surely you would have noticed AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) and the rest of the Brumbies mob doing f*ck all in recent weeks.

So you're basically saying this: Ioane was amazingly awesome last season in a shit team, so why isn't he playing even better than amazingly awesome in a good team? Well for starters he isn't f*cking Superman, he is in fact a human being and there is a limitation of just what one man can do on a rugby pitch. Secondly, the rest of his team mates are having excellent seasons, as is he, so he isn't the obvious best on ground every bloody game, even though he has been up there every game this season.

Ahhaha, I think I'm wasting my time...

Early in the comp Mitchell was cutting it up much like Hynes is atm
His kicking game is faaar better than previous years but he's yet to prove he's no longer a flake. Should be interesting vs Tahs
