Sheeesh a bit shit from the housemate. It’s a well documented SARM which is tested frequently by ASADA/WADA.

If you’re a professional athlete trying to do the right thing you don’t need that anywhere near you.

Very unlucky.

Also very lucky the housemate can probably provide other things such as containers, shakers that could have shown contamination because they won't just take his word for it and the word of a non athlete happy to take the hit when it has no consequence for them. (Shane Warnes Mum).

So he has 5 Months left on the suspension. Unfortunate timing as it's a season suspension really but the potential of 4 years when you're a 30 year old Rugby player must have been awful. When can he begin to train again with the side? They can allow athletes to get back involved with a Club at a certain point of the penalty. Help the mental health to be around a team and your guys.

Is Sammy Wood a local? Or at least an Aussie? She’s fantastic.
From WForce website:
ARKS product (now linked to Kalamunda Club) Wood is still only 19-years-old but has penned a two-year contract after winning the club’s Rising Star award in 2023. Seen as “the future of the club”, the teenage half-back made making her Force debut in Round 5 last season after overcoming injury. Underlining her promise, Wood was the 2022 Fortescue Women’s Premier Grade leading point scorer with Kalamunda. Spent time with Waikato in New Zealand’s Farah Palmer Cup in 2023, building her experience and rugby base.

RugbyWA’s Academy Aligns with Western Force Academy for 2024

A logical development which links the U16 & U19 programs with the U20 and Fortescue Academy development of young players.
When the Fortescue Academy recently toured to Canberra and Melbourne several RugbyWA Academy players were included as older Fortescue Academy players were playing in the WF A team.
Currently 15 young players in the RugbyWA Academy and 26 players in the Fortescue Academy.
Ex WF players Jeremy Thrush (Fort. Academy Head Coach) and Chis Heiberg (RugbyWA Academy Head Coach) and their support staff groups appear to have a great working relationship.

Well they have been collecting replacement players for scrum injuries.

This doesn't seem surprising. When the Force signed O'Donnell I didn't know how Cummins would get a look in long term as I think O'Donnell offers everything Cummins can do an more while being a bigger body. Good luck to Ollie. Go play as much as possible and get paid.

For Rebolo. MLR is his level. He's probably squeezed every bit of ability out of himself.

That’s a shame, have spoken to Ollie a few times after games and seems like a great young guy and had a great future. Hard to keep these young guys forever if they don’t get a shot, especially the ones from over East.
