I thought Reid played a dead bat to the bullsh1t and niggly intiomidating questions from Kearns and martin. Everybody knows they farked up. No point fanning the flames.

Wished Pocock well and left the door open for a return. Didn't burn briidges

Talked up the new captain. Hodgson keener than Keens mustard

Didn't blame anybody

Great calmness. Great integrity

First bit of decent leadership I've seen from the farce

A welcome change. There was nothing for any of TRC dribblers to go on about. He gave them nothing and was very positive about the franchise

Salesi Manu has been named in the North Harbour Team for the ITM Cup for this season. Plays his first game tomorrow (Fri) against Northland for a Pre Season fixture. Should be good experience for him. Rumors in NZ also Force has signed three NZ Players, two S15 Players and one Fringe S15 player..and also possibility of an ex All Black midfielder signing from Japan..

That makes little to no sense considering we only have one international marquee spot open........unless we have found 3 NZ who have AUS passports and are willing give up any possible All Black Representation......Inside back from Japan.....Stephen Brett?? Seems a bit of a waste inside backs is where we are under the pump for quality.

P.s ITM cup will be fantastic for manu watch out for him 2013

P.P.S I agree a 100% Waylon, Kearns & Marto were trying to be inflammatory and reid held it together. No poitn in him getting the franchise's moral down any further and blowing up about everything. I say 8/10......interesting though that the force expected pocock to sign the dotted line September last year.....makes you think that maybe he was planning to jump ship long before all this

Reid plays with a straight bat so often the Force have the appearance of a 1990's pommy top order. Where's the passion?

Looks pretty uninspiring to be honest. Manu and Cottrell are promising players, and Mcmeniman, Brown, Hodgson and McCalman have performed in the past, but that pack as a whole would rank at the lower end of the competition.

Lynn doesn't really inspire but the rest of them look pretty good to me. Where is Wykes? The front row was excellent this year and the Force have never been short of backrowers. You'd underate them at your peril I reckon.

The backs on the other hand.........

The backs on the other hand...

On Lynn The Players obviously think highly about him as he was voted the Force man of the year by the players.

Wykes did his ACL very early on this year. He is on his way back now so will be back next year. He is a very good player both at lock and as a 6. As I have said before the forwards can hold their own against most packs its the backs that need work.

The way Godwin finished the year I can’t wait to see how he goes next year along with Sais.

I’m expecting big things from Cummings as he has promised so much but has fell a little short sometimes. and the continued development of Mafi who I think will be a gun one day.

Another Ruffy is Repana he will be a winger with something to prove next year so hopefully he has recovered from his injury he got during preseason and is back better then ever.

All they need is a good coach to get the best out f them. Mulvihill will do wonder for them if he ends up back at the force.

Wykes is ok but if we are goign to have him in the row we need to make McMeniman a priority as give the tight five the height and extra staunch.

Yes, but you have signed SKN. This is not a good look for your backs stocks.

TBH I haven’t seen him play much nor do I know enough of him to pass judgement. He has a wallabies cap so must have shown something at some point.

Ill hold judgement and see how he goes first. he wouldn’t be the first player to leave a maligned player and return better then when he left.

Sam Two-Dads is built like Larkham and has a good skill set but doesn't have the guile and finesse of Larkham. If the Force get him, I think he's a good signing.

SNK got a couple of caps off a period where the wallabies were experimenting with some crazy shit; centre-a-side league structure (obvious used sometimes in union but not as often), Gitts at 9, etc.

Probably not a wallaby standard player but would get game time in any Super rugby team. He wouldn't start for the Tahs, Reds, or Brum, but certainly for the Rebs/Force. Would of gotten plenty of time at the Reds/Brums as well this year, considering their 5/8 situations.

Maybe the Force would have done better to hire Daruda back? Solid player that's keen for the contract, he/s also been there before and is still young enough to blossom.
