I don't understand why there is an issue with Barnes captaining the Tahs. Rocky was born in Melbourne, grew up in QLD, and played for the Brumbies... But that seems to be OK.
In the Tahs squad there are 3 Saffas, 4 kiwis and 3 Tongans. What does it matter where they come from?
