Waratahs v Brumbies Sat 22nd March 7:30 PM Allianz

The Red Baron

Chilla Wilson (44)
Based on those team lists, it's quite possible that the Tah's forwards are going to get minced. But then again, they might be up for this one. A lot of quality in that Brumbies backline too, if the forwards give them a platform it could get ugly.

Feels like so much more rugby being played these days. These games between Tahs A and Brumby runners should pay dividends down the track. And the u18/20s seem to be getting more games into them. Is this an actual increase or am I just noticing it because I'm more interested in it these days?
Definetely more A games. Is this the 2nd or 3rd between the two of them this year? 18s and 20s are playing more as well.

Shame for the Brums 18s not getting a game over the weekend even though it would likely be 60+. Be a gooden between Tahs and Reds going on last weeks fixture.

that would be a big disappointment.
I agree but who knows.
First two home games we had just over 16k.

The game against the Force looked significantly less, and they didn't announce a figure.

I would love to see us break the 20k mark this season like the Reds did last week, but I don't think the Tahs are there yet.

Looking at the ticket sales currently.
Looks like one of the lower GA sections is sold out? First time I have seen that this season.
They have opened up an upper tier behind the in goal for more GA tickets.

If they brought back the Bundy Bar then sales would skyrocket. Also the half time obstacle course in the sumo suit finishing with field goal!

Also if the advertised the game it may help.

I did this as part of a highschool work experience gig at the Tahs. You can not fathom how hot and how hard that was to do.

Anyone been to the Tah bar this year? Worth a few old blokes congregating there prior? as compared to going to a pub nearby?

Still confounds me with the person that came up with the ridiculous ‘Tah Man’ idea! Tah Man! Cringe worthy. Remember, the Waratah is a flower.
