Commentators on 7Two game said there was a rumor that Matt Lucas would be at the Watatahs next year somehow.

EPS is actually part of the squad (a bit like a Rookie contract so less money than the top 30 guys) I think the Transition Contract is a program supported by the Waratahs (i.e not ARU bound). Correct me if I'm wrong though. Transition contract is a lower wage than an EPS obviously.

What we need most of all is a good goal kicker.

A good left-footed kicker from hand would be handy also.

LHP Cameron Orr is a worthy mention - maybe not for next year but, my word, he has promise.

According to Rugby Link Team Sheets, Kotaro Matsushima has only played 7 games for Beasts in the Shute Shield (Rounds 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 11 & 14) so far, and remains uncapped for the Tahs.

I would see him heading back to Japan next year to start with the Japanese <insert name> Super Rugby Franchise, along with some or all of Keita Inagaki, Michael Leitch, Fumiaki Tanaka, Hendrik Tui and Akihito Yamada, all of whom were aligned with a Super Rugby Franchise this season.

Pretty similar thoughts other than perhaps Faleali'i I would probably move him on just because he has barely played this season.

Horwitz I would keep as well.

Kuate and Matsushima I would move on.

Heard recently that Chapman was looking unlikely and Tilse had re signed for one more year.

Gray uncontracted.

As you know things do change though as they may not have desired players available to contract.

Taqele Naiyaravoro will join Glasgow Warriors following his international commitments, contrary to reports in the Australian media, his agent has stated.

"He's definitely coming to Glasgow to honour his commitments, at least for the first year," said Tyran Smith.

"He's been a little bit naive. I've heard all the reports and I've been in contact regularly with him clarifying."

And at the same time there's this:
"Player contracts have now gone out, and Williams expects that the process will run right up to the early-August deadline. Key Waratahs from last season, Benn Robinson, Hugh Roach, and Taqele Naiyaravoro, are all expected back on board, while young skipper Jed Holloway re-signed with the Rams early last month."

There's a bit of a personal family thing - he's had another baby and his wife was finding it hard for personal reasons," Smith told BBC Scotland.

"She needed his support and moving away was a big decision, but he's honouring his first commitment, then we'll go from there.

"He's been a little bit naive. I've heard all the reports and I've been in contact regularly with him clarifying."

Why would you want a player who doesn't want to play for you?

What kind of agent refers to his client as naive in the media?

I think most of these guys are pretty professional, and could still do a pretty good job, even if they don't 100% want to be there. It's still in their best interests to perform in order to increase their value on the next contract. I can believe there would be a drop in performance when they would rather be elsewhere, but I would say he would still be able to perform at 80-90% of his ability.

What is the coaching structure for next season?

Gibson will be HC.
Malone has been announced as Kicking and Attack coach.

Ledesma has been Scrum Coach (or consultant).

Will he stay, go to the Wallabies, or to ARG Super team, and if so who will be doing the Forwards/Set piece Coaching?

Cam Blades from Aust U20's perhaps, if Mario departs?
