He was done for speed several times in the game @ coogee
You obviously weren't there. Those tries were all scored down the other wing.

Yeah but with 5 Aussie teams, someone has to play a foreign side
Hopefully the first home game is at SFS in front of a huge crowd.
Would be awesome if it was Crusaders.
Nope. The last few years have been Tahs v Reds first then Reds v Tahs later in the season.I think the reds v tahs clashes bookend the seasons as standard now, so if it's that one it won't be. Though I think who has the home game first swaps each season so their first meeting will probably be in Brisbane, and the tahs first home game will be someone else.

I don't see how Nadolo is any better than TN
Sorry my mistake. It was 2011 & 2012 where it was Tahs v Reds then Reds v Tahs twice. I knew it had happened at one point.Last year was Reds v Tahs then Tahs v Reds, this year was Tahs v Reds then Reds v Tahs.
i was reading down the thread wondering if anyone would come up with that excellent view. consider me "me, too"
i'd say, from what i saw of this bloke in rugby (i have never seen him play league) that he'll finish up better than Nadolo . and pdq at that.
this bloke has the advantages of (1) playing in a hot team on the end of a very talented line with determined attacking bent (2) being coached by The Great Cheik, Nathan Grey and Darryl Gibson (3) having some seriously talented and experienced team mates to tutor him in the game's intricacies.
he will make it big.
all he needs is a trip to the right office for a name change.
I wonder if Hooper keeps the captaincy even with Dennis back.
