God I hate how Northern Hemisphere teams name their sides so god damn much, it's like they can't count. Either number 1-15, or 15-1. What the hell is 15-9, 1-8? Another reason to hate this mob.

Fraser McReight really needs a big game this weekend. Has been pretty underwhelming this series considering how good he can be. Tizzano can’t be too far off that 7 jersey

He’s still pretty far off man.
His link with Gleeson and then pass to JAS should have led to a try.
He does so much all game. I just don’t think Tizzano will ever offer that level. He’s still very good though

A bit disappointing how the 0-2 position has changed the game a bit.

Schmidt mentioned in his press conference that Bobby V is ‘tight’ and essentially being rested as a precautionary measure before TRC.

I also don’t mind White but I doubt he starts this game if it’s 1-1.

You think Tate starts or they throw Jake out again?

I reckon the 80mins off only 1 game cooked him.
Joe would have wanted Gordon and Tate for the series I reckon.

People act like he’s going through a labuschagne level form slump while Tizzano is playing like Bradman.
End of the day McReight is the incumbent, only injury would open the door for Tizzano to start.
Great comparison. I like Tizzano and we’re very lucky to be blessed with depth at 7 but if Reimer, Gamble or Scott had the same try count thanks to a great maul this year they’d be getting the same shoutout

Valetini out - all over
I can’t bellieve if he is fit for the series we were a massive chance to win the series
Again stuffed selections keeping Sua'ali'i at 13 and not bringing LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) in
What could have been
If we'd had everyone fit from the start - Lolesio, Valetini and Skelton... even Gleeson in the 1st test. I think we would have been a chance (at the very least I think that 1st test could have been a closer game).

I'm ok with Sua'ali'i at 13. I can see the potential even with the rough edges. It would have been good to see LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) have a run.

That's another pretty solid team. Farrell isn't mucking around. A couple of Lions players heading home without a test it seems.

Just for perspective on the experience gulf, I think this team has an average of about 58 test caps and age of around ~29.1yrs vs. our Wallabies squad with and average of about 27 test caps and age of ~26.7yrs. Take Slipper (and even Whitey) out and those numbers really dip though.

There's just a lot of experience and learnings our boys still need to have and only 30 or so tests until the next RWC.

The first game was 3 tries apiece, difference was penalties and conversions - the score sort of belies how much we were best by.

But I agree, if everyone was fit and we were switched on in the first half could have been a different outcome
