Stunned.
Stunned at the unforced errors
stunned at the appalling defense
stunned at the incompetence

Cooper should have signed before this game... i'd take off 20K a year after that.

Genia needs to stop running sideways. All of them rubbish.

Finger should have been pulled off with 20 minutes to go.

Even a dumb arse like me could see that he needed to go. Two critical lineouts blown, and several tackles missed.

Did Suzie the waitress provide the drinks to the Men in Gold at 1/2 time.

It was a different outfit that ran out after oranges.

How many more years do we have to stay up late at night to throw stuff at the TV!! Have trhey no shame, cant defend their line or their pride, cant win their own ball, disgraceful display of unethical shameless shallowness that sold our country far short. We must stop tunring up like this, it is better for our country to not participate. No one should go to Sydney, they need to know how much they have let us down. Just for the dollars, overpaid rapists and gutless thugs and thiefing drug addicts, shame to them all

Some positives in attack tonight - poor defence.

Again, a lack of composure in a second half.

But above all else, what is going on with these coaches? Whilst Sharpe had a sore ankle, he was still able to run and yet they take off our lineout caller and a player with loads of experience just when we needed him out there most and leave Fainga'a on (when he was clearly buggered) - no wonder the lineout went to shit!

All road lead to selections and replacements - In this area, as in every game, the mystery remains

That was a terrible test from both sides. It was like U12s.

If we'd just defended well for the first half we could have that in the bag.

my god this team sucks.

at least with the S15 we'll be more rugby and less wallabies :)

Not worried about them not bringing on any back reserves as they seemed fine but what has Moore done wrong to warrant no game time aside from bloodbin replacement..almost as maddening as that first half defense effort

The G&GR live call was calling for Moore to come off the bench with 20 minutes to go. If we can see it, How come Jim and Robbie can not?

The only reason may be that Moore was injured in his earlier cameo when Finger was in the blood bin.

Re attack - still too much cross field running by inside backs, and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) not passing the ball. I can only recall one pass from AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper).

Plenty for Dingo to work on while the boys are back in Durban preparing for the next game on the high veldt.

Selections: i think robbie has picked the best team he can. there's no world class running round in sydney club rugby.

Replacements: His fault 100%

the Def: These guys all know how to tackle. If the just held their line in the first half we could have in with a massive lead and game pretty much in the bag. Their all rockstars without being about to finish anything off. They have no workrate.

Austin, a mirror of the multiple AB losses in 09 and 08 when we led, quite well, in H1, only to deteriorate in almost all departments in H2 and hand the game back in a convincing manner. There's been around 8 or 9 of these, from memory. But the biggest crime tonight was the unforgivably reckless lack of bench use later in the game. Even the most trenchant, the most devoted, the most religious of RD fans, must concede that this loss cannot be explained away with a 'blame the players' or 'development and depth' lines. We have seen exceptionally poor coaching judgements at work this night.

Right here! RD was shithouse tonight.

He seems to have it in his head that after a player is out of 15 there's no point bring them back. Burgo, Moore, Barnes. Robbie if you don't think their in form and don't want to use them then fucking drop them to club level. Here's a clue, to build depth and to develop players they need game time.... like at the end of a game.

Is it all RD, and Jims fault that the bench is not used?

Surely the players and the captain should man up and call for replacements. They must see the game unravelling in front of them, and send a message to the bench through the runners.

As professionals, the tired players on the field should have the smarts to stick their hand up to be replaced.

Very baffling behaviour from the team management.

Any kiwis listening? What was RD use of bench like with the Crusaders?

Totally dissapointed with that. Even a clean sweep in Europe won't erase this feeling that really we shouldn't be competing at this level. We are a 6N level team now I'm afraid. The quality is not there from the coaching or the players.
