No. I'm not. He's a marquee player (whatever the fark that means), has played a Test, and whenever he runs the ball back everyone knows he won't pass, and almost certainly won't break the line. Problem with using Anesi as a scale of measurement is that he does nothing. A player worth 3 Anesis is still, mathematically worth nothing.
And being better than the others mentioned (which is debatable) at 15 is hardly a glowing recommendation. Peter Hewat had more X-factor than this guy.
