77-19 to the Wicks in an absolute slaughter. Great running rugby with very slick backs carving them up. Forwards were awesome. 11 tries and eleven conversions!I

Shame that the Gordon/Penrith fourth grade was postponed, because it would have been a clean sweep to the Staggies.
Colts 1 had their first win of the season with a 73-17 win over Penrith, while the Colts 2 had a bonus point (4 tries) win. Don't know the final score sorry.
Penrith played the game in great spirit, with only a couple of "hissy fits" at the ref, but basically kept their cool. A quick huddle and prayer after both games, and good sportsmanship shown all around.
Great to see some of the talent starting to click with the youngsters, could give a few teams a shock if they keep developing.
I'm not a coach but watched the game. It was a case of forwards v backs. Parra's pack was dominant and scored some great power tries. On the other hand, Uni's outside backs had too much pace and scored the majority of the tries. Every time Parra turned over in opposition 22 Uni would go wide and usually score. When the Parra lads played 10 man rugby and retained possession they invariably scored. The 22 point differential was more of a reflection of the errors made by Parra rather than Uni's dominance, nonetheless they were able to capitalise with quick, accurate hands, great support and speed. 102 points made an entertaining spectacle but Parra need to sort their defensive patterns an Uni need to stop looking at blokes coming to tackle them and earn the right to go wide.Do you reckon Uni Colts have done any work on defense?
They score a lot of points every week, but so do their opponents.
I would love to hear what the coaches think of this.

That Penrith player "sacked" or let go by club appears to be not so sacked. That is unless sacked means serve your suspension and resume playing. He's been back for several rounds - sometimes playing both colts 1 and 2.
