Morahan must be built for 7s, very excited to see how he goes. I thought he was being paid big bucks in NH though?

Still can't get used to seeing SA & Fiji seeded third in their respective Pools. NZ v Fiji at 20:33 AEST should be a cracker.

This might sound grim but how does RA afford to give so much to a bushfire charity if they're so cash strapped? I think the money would've been better spent at grassroots.

Clarke in commentary said World Rugby, RA and sponsors were chipping in

Rugby Australia has today bolstered its fundraising activity for the relief and recovery effort in the wake of the devastating Australian bushfires with five dollars ($5) from all ticket purchases for the HSBC Sydney 7s over the coming Australia Day long weekend to be donated to the cause.

$5 from all ticket purchases over the Australia Day Long Weekend for the HSBC Sydney 7s on February 1-2 to be donated to aid the relief and recovery effort in devastated towns.
Free HSBC Sydney 7s tickets for Firies
World Rugby matches Rugby Australia’s pledge of $500 for each try scored by the Qantas Australian Men’s and Women’s Sevens teams at the tournament.
In addition, over 2000 complimentary tickets will be provided to the NSW Rural Fire Service in a promotion that will see Rugby Australia match the total number of tickets purchased for the HSBC Sydney 7s over the long weekend in free tickets for Firies.

Caslick is just a class above. A magical player.

Trae Williams has got no room yet but has really impressed me with his basic skills. Defensively in the last tournament he played and then some of his handling this time. Hope we get to use his speed soon though
