SARU have agree upon inclusion of the Kings, SANZAR has no formal plan in place for this though, there is no such agreement... Promotion/relegation maybe within South African conference?

Schoolboy players in SA aint registrer, they play for the school. Dunno about NZ & Aus. Thats the reason why Pomland have so many players. In SA our top High Schools have 20+ teams from U19 to U14 age level, Prymary Schools 13+.

There may be something getting negotiated, but as it stands today, there is no formal agreement..
