Heyneke Meyer's trawling of the ou mense huis for some fossiel for the Bokke bench confirms that there is no substitute for experience in Test Rugby.

Well done to the Saffers, and their old folks home residents who showed us that a game is for the full 80 minutes, and doesn't finish until the fat shiela sings her song.

There seemed to be some flaws in the Game Plans from Ewen, and an inability to adjust and adapt to what is happening on the field. Where is our flair and composure?

We are a long way off being a genuine threat for RWC15 or the Bledisloe for the next year or two, but we will give a few mobs a shock along the way.

Yeah I agree to a point, but we needed a bit of x factor in attack, too. We were battling to break down the Boks and so I can see why the sub was made.

To'omua was good in defence but hurting us on attack with bad kicks, missing touch on penalties, aimless grubbers etc.
.

My god how many bloody times does he miss touch for penalties. Its ridiculous.

So we aren't a threat. And of course South Africa are woeful as everybody was saying, how else could we have beat them after all?

Why bother holding the World Cup. Let's just give the trophy to the all blacks now.

Stats from scrum.com:

Tackles (missed):

Sam Carter 22 (0)....... outstanding
Saia Fainga'a 21 (1)
James Slipper 20 (1)
Michael Hooper 20 (5)
Sekope Kepu 18 (1)
Scott Fardy 17 (2)
Tevita Kuridrani 17 (3)
James Horwill 17 (3)
Ben McCalman 16 (1)

Christ we made a lot of tackles. Even the non-tackling Beale made 8 and only missed 1. I think Hooper always misses a lot of tackles due to running wide and attempting tackles he really shouldn't make anyway.

Runs (defenders beaten):

Tevita Kuridrani 17 (8)
Michael Hooper 13 (3)
Israel Folau 11 (3)
AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) 11 (1)
Scott Fardy 10 (0)
Ben McCalman 10 (0)

Jeez TK what a fucking star..

Yeah baa baa Hooper always makes a lot of hard tackle attempts. Like chasing the Puma's winger who was at full stride after already beating the winger then Foley.

It was a gamble to win the game and not a gamble to not lose. Can see the point but didn't work. Hindsight is wonderful

Thats why Sam Carters picked, I'm certain his ankles been hampering him.. 2 week breaks got him back to what he does best work his arse off.

And TK has been playing in Beast mode.
