21/0 at HT to Easts so a great comeback by Brothers.

Heaps of faces from lower grades out there so Easts have no shortage of depth going into the year.

Easts led 28 - nil but looked a very different team with the finishers on. No doubt a few nervous moments in the Coach's box..... Good to see it televised on Stan. Easts defence for 60 minutes was very good. Worth a re-watch

6 Eastern Suburbs, 5 USyd, 1Warringah and 1 Randwick player.

The Marlins had a solid hit out against the Wicks yesterday - I think the result was Marlins 5 tries to 4.
A good hit out across 4 grades.

Gordon annihilated Souths by 70 ish points i heard (also lost last week to easts 2nd grade)
Rats beat norths
Uni beat Easts

I think uni will be really good, the beat gordon the week before and royals the week before that. I think they havent lost pre-season game.

be interested in knowing how parra, west harbour and eastwood are going.

I still have parra, wests and souths bottom 3 in 2025 (i know i know its just trials form)

Whats the manly 1st grade side looking like, heard Michael Hooper was coaching the forward pack. Not sure if thats still going on considering he's playing in japan at the moment.

coached some preseason chunks but yes, even the great Hoops can't play in one country and coach in another. Though I think he should give it a try.

Heard from weekend Hunter beat Parra and Eastwood beat Wests
although all teams basically have been taking off their 1st grade teams after 60th min mark to give others game time and thats when most of the points have been scored to make them win or lose.
I guess thats pre-season trials for you and hard to get an indication really.
