Shute Shield 2025

If players return from an overseas stint, after effectively abandoning their Sydney club is not obliged to select them over the players who have remained loyal & worked & played for their local club. Its up to the club to set an example .Loyalty is a 2 way thing.

This made me laugh. Not at you as I agree, but the thought of a Club HC not selecting a potentially better player because of a loyalty when their existence depends on going as far as they can in the comp and would most likely also jump at a job (which is what it is) somewhere else that is seen as more professional.

Happy to. Have looked but can’t find a way to do this. Maybe due to the fact I am newbie. Clicked on ‘Contact us’ to see what other options exist but the link does not work.

Was on social media and Uni are showing photos of their ground getting turned into hybrid. I thought it looked like a pretty good surface on TV last season, bar those really wet weeks.

Is this being pushed by other codes who might use that ground?

Whats the predictions of who will be lifting up the silverwear this year.

I think Easts will be hard to beat for the next few years after some aggressive colts recruiting, especially last year. They have set themselves up well.
Rats have apparently scoured NZ and QLD for talent.
