Yeah so I agree with this my point is they've never been past a WC QF/beat NZ/been higher than 3rd in 6 nations
Well spoken blokes. Excited for Potter, go well.Potter and Williams:
But Scotland had one.Sounds like due to the snow the Wallabies captains run may not be going ahead either. None of this bodes well.
Looked at forecast and temp not bad at 10c. Weather not great but it's the bloody UK what do you expect?

Yes I struggle to understand the reasoning, unless he thinks the guys need a full day off before the test.It is a little strange to see the reaction of the Wallabies given that Schmidt has surely been through it all many times before. Weird.
I assume it’s related to the line about the buses being halted on hills in Payten’s tweet. Can’t get there.Yes I struggle to understand the reasoning, unless he thinks the guys need a full day off before the test.
While not unprecedented this isn't exactly regular Scottish weather either. Even the Scottish setup won't have been through this many times before (hence the chaos). It is a little strange to see the reaction of the Wallabies given that Schmidt has surely been through it all many times before. The 84 team would slaughter our current team. Dropping Ella out might give the current team some chance, but remember that pack did something no one has done before or since - score a scrum pushover try against a Wales pack. An eighties Welsh pack, not the current Welsh pack. I highly recommend the video. There's a bit too much verbiage and talk, but the rugby skills on display were sublime.Just watched (re-watched, actually) the '84 Grand Slam vid. I remember these games from the time, and a lot of what is said in that video regarding the cohesion, focus, application and approach to how they would play rings a little true with the current team / squad.
Should the current crop go on and do the same, it would be possibly an even bigger story. It's a bloody hard thing to do.The growth and progress with this squad under Schmidt has been wonderful to see. We need to appreciate that.
Geez, that '84 team was good. Some all-time greats in there. And what a pack.

Dru was that the same day we planned a run? I wonder if they did it on the Friday the snow may not have laid.and yet I understand that the Scots did indeed manage a captains run.
