Nah I dont think that tell the real story here. We all know the Sharks love to poach the Tin Ear players stock now for years but the Tin Ear CEO Verster will have to take a look at his own system here. He has been paying Mapoe a newbie salary while Mapoe has been a brilliant performer. The Tin Ears now at this stage have a lot of quality youngsters that is maybe youngsters when the season starts but grew in the season to real stars and thats his internal problem with a limited budget.

Strauli sits with the big money waiting for this type a talent and will poach them time after time.
