Brumbies too good, so well drilled and great to see Pocock and Moore back.

Same problems as last year for the Reds, sure they have plenty of injuries but you can't blame it all on that.

The Brumbies look good for this year. Biggest risk for them is depth, but geez their first strength team looks hard to beat.

JOC (James O'Connor) to 10 next week with Hunt to fullback. Thompson will bring an old head with plenty of nous. He will drag them forward.....maybe he should coach as well. Graham is a disgrace. Thank god he left the Force!

but I'm not happy to see any Aus Super team go backwards, so I hope the Reds bounce back big time.

Did you write that with a smirk on face seeing the Reds getting touched up. :)

Very thoughful though.... Thanks for showing some kind of hope in the Reds, but that just ruind me.
They certainly deserved the flogging and glade the ponies didn't let up on them

Holy shitballs.

And here I was thinking Horwill started last year awfully. Talk about taking it to a new level.

Awesome stuff Brumbies! Scoreline flattering to the Reds in the end.

No. I actually don't revel in seeing any Oz team getting belted, unlike some around here. I know 2 good teams and 3 weak ones makes it nice for the conference points, but I want to see them all travelling well. A strong Qld has always correlated with a strong Aus team.

Hunt - 5 tackles, 4 missed tackles, 1 run, 201 kicking metres.

edit: He is not a 10. Surely Graham can't pick him there again.

Reds pigs a disgrace, as was entirely predictable. Graham should and will cop the brunt of the criticism, but the management and back office is equally responsible for not recruiting to fix the problem after an extremely poor 2014 season in that area.

It's going to be a long, long season for Queensland fans.

Well done Brumbies.

I feel for Hunt - he should not have to be the 10 straight off the bat, and it would be harsh to judge him too much. Although, with the Reds' forwards effort, Cooper would have struggled too. Anyone would.

Wow. What a completely inept performance from the Reds. The Brumbies were good but it's hard to judge how good. That was wooden spoon material from the Reds. They'll need to improve immensely.

Genia was poor but Hunt was standing unbelievably deep. He won't challenge any defences back there. JOC (James O'Connor) has to be given a crack next week or even back to Paia'aua.

The Reds forwards just got dominated in contact and smashed at the breakdown. Massive improvement needed.

Pfucking oath.

Reds forwards last week dominated the Crusaders (who have since been proven shite), but they didn't even try to compete up front this week.

And against a backline with some of the hardest hitters with or without the ball, they should have been aiming to smash it up the middle all night to get close.

Just how good is trial form, hey?;)

No one has mentioned the refereeing. I don't think it contributed to the result because the Reds were terrible but I think they were harshly treated on a fair few dubious decisions and it tended to ruin the contest.

Did you notice that when big Kev walked past the bench after being sent off none of them even looked at him? What's going on there?
