I did but the absurd odds for a Rebels win were too good to be true.Didn't listen to this weeks podcast.
Dare I say Dick Graham has his stamp all over this. Reds will be better once JOC (James O'Connor) and Thompson come in.....probably against us next week! He's very ponderous, but you gotta wonder if the options are being given to him?
It's round 1......let's look at the bigger picture in 4 or 5 weeks. It's like nothing has changed for the Reds since last season.
Before Hunt gets lynched, check out your forward pack getting smashed backwards.
But mostly, check out your scrum half delivering absolute shite - 2-step sideways if you're lucky, but backwards more often than not.
Hunt can't do much more than crab across field when he's got two white shirts up his ring before he even gets the ball.
How is it that you're viewing this seeing as you don't have Foxtel @Pfitzy?
Is it too early to call Hunt the worst buy of the season?
Seriously, he was appalling. What was worse was when the camera showed him yelling at his own team for his shocking play.
More of the same from the Reds this year. Ruck work is shocking, and they kick the ball away when the Brumbies just hold it. To make it worse, Hunt stands 15m deep and is throwing passes behind the man, or just plain kicking it away.
Horwill can join Hunt in the sin bin for his sheer stupidity.
And again we see a passive defensive line, allowing teams to eat up the metres,
Shocking all round; shocking execution, shocking game plan.
Brumbies are playing smart rugby, pressuring the ruck and holding the ball. They are using the space given by the Reds to get over the advantage line, and then spinning it wide to capitalise.
There was little to no pressure when Hunt stood 15m back on halfway on the rare occasion the Reds had the ball, or chipped straight to Coleman in the 22.
We'll see in the second half, but the call to have Hunt at 10 is woeful.
