There has to be a yellow for Ireland in the second half... surely. Every ruck they are infringing to some degree knowing they have to slow down the Aussie ball to stay in the game. 6 all.... boys forget the first half, just heads on and get out there and do the job in the next 40.

Agree. O'Callahan and O'Connell will run rings around Simmonds. Need the experience of Sharpe (if required) off the bench IMO.

Awfull ref. Great performance by the Irish. Very gritty, lots of mongrel at breakdown. The backs were not very threatening though.

That being said, 6-6 was the score at half time against the Italians. Can the Irish keep the pace for another 40 minutes ?
