It is a real shame that the Pacific Islanders constantly fall foul of the judiciary every rwc. Only the team that plays them first gets to play the first xv
But it is symptomatic of their whole approach which lacks discipline. I don't understand why a team made up of professionals playing in major club competitions and the English Premiership is still so lacking in basic discipline.

Message to welsh backs. Please stop running in after scrums / mauls / rucks to slap your forwards on the back when you win possession. Forwards can do that if needed. It was kind of ok in a team spirit way when it started but now it's annoying me. Besides which knowing our luck one of you is likely to pull a hamstring or dislocate a shoulder

Lol. We have Jesse Kriel doing that as well. It was cute the first 100 times vs Australia, but after that you could even see the forwards getting annoyed with him.

Hey armchair general!

Planned strikes by Cardiff bus drivers are set to go ahead while the city hosts two Rugby World Cup fixtures.

Unite members at Cardiff Bus suspended pay row strike action earlier this month after a revised deal was offered to the union, but it has now been rejected in a workplace ballot.

A 48-hour strike will begin on Thursday - the day Wales takes on Fiji

New Zealand v Georgia, at 20:00 on Friday, will also be affected.

The union, which has 540 members at the firm, initially rejected a 5% deal at the start of September but later suspended three days of planned industrial action after Cardiff Bus made what it called an "improved" offer.
Thanks for the tip, may play havoc with our plans but we'll manage. I'll be making my way well and truly early to soak it all up so should be ok. Bucket list item has been to see a huge game at Millennium Stadium. Can't wait, one more sleep!

Specialities for match day: a curry sandwich ie Curry then drink all day then after pub closes go down Caroline st for chips and curry sauce. Also clarks pies. Best of all a pint or many of brains sa

Presumably we'd quite fancy Scotland in the QF I assume? So If Scotland win and Australia win this weekend we simply throw the game against Australia feigning a mass of on-field injuries.....after all no one could tell the difference as long as the deliberate fuck ups aren't done by Biggar or AWJ

As much as I want to see the Fijians win this match as the underdog, my dislike for the arrogant Colonial Masters attitude of the Soap Dodgers means that the Boyos must win to make sure then the Orcs are ejected from the World Cup at the pool stage, as a minnow just like the Cricket World Cup.

England: Invent a sport then be bad at it once the rest of the world start playing it.

I'm curious - how does that make you better than the Poms? Unless the Welsh are the poor downtrodden of the tournament?

Wales: 1. Gethin Jenkins 2. Scott Baldwin 3. Tom Francis 4. Bradley Davies 5. Alun Wyn Jones 6. Dan Lydiate 7. Sam Warburton (c) 8. Taulupe Faletau 9. Gareth Davies 10. Dan Biggar 11, George North 12. Jamie Roberts 13. Tyler Morgan 14. Alex Cuthbert 15. Matthew Morgan
Replacements: 16. Ken Owens 17. Aaron Jarvis 18. Samson Lee 19. Luke Charteris 20. Justin Tipuric 21. Lloyd Williams 22. Rhys Priestland 23. James Hook

Coupla unfamiliar names in there, no doubt @cardiffblue can enlighten us...
Been trying to find out more about Tyler Morgan. Don't know him. This is the best comparison I've found

Faster than Biggar but bigger than Nipper. Better than Barritt but Burrell is bigger. Littler than Doc but fitter than Scott, and Allen who's fallen but wilier than Tyler.

Ok. Morning of a big game. Checking the gnome-o-meter. Now I have been known to be wrong about these things but in general the more certain I am of a monumental self inflicted cock up the better we play and on that basis WE ARE GONNA WIN!!!!!

Looking forward to this, just hope my wife don't start asking me too many questions, might sit her next to my boy and a stranger, should be entertaining for sure:D
