World Rugby also said Australia forward David Pocock had received a Citing Commissioner Warning for an incident with Wales' Scott Baldwin in Saturday's Pool A decider. A warning equals a yellow card.
"A combination of three yellow cards or Citing Commissioner Warnings accumulated during the tournament will result in a hearing. Pocock is therefore free to play in Australia's quarter-final against Scotland," World Rugby said.
Which is illegal.Of all teams in the WC, you would have thought that Wales would have understood the importance of taking the points.

YES Please lets just talk the game or games to comeEnough of citing discussions, Shiggins, get back to the match.
And why is that?
Off field yellow given.

The posters pushing it may not want Pocock playing if and when they play Australia, obvious ain't it?
If anyone wants to relive those great 15 min of defense (and who wouldn't?) this is a great article running through it and giving plenty of praise to the gutsy effort. Long but there's plenty of pictures for all those front rowers
