In the words of the immortal Manuel "Que??"
Well done. I have enjoyed your posts and look forward to next season. When does it start? My team won their final match of the season yesterday 93-7 .. boom!
Good luck to the team. With your rate of improvement you might have to seek some competition from further afield. We have two weeks break then start sevens training . 15s start again in september but going to try and organise some trial games against teams not in our comp .
Highlights from our final game last weekend at home. Was against the same team we played the weekend before because it was a make up game from during the season where it was rained out .
Interesting that the goalposts have to be set to the width of the soccer posts. Here in Australia councils/schools often installed special composite posts to allow both codes (plus league) to be played on the one ground.
exISA, I presume your club's piss up after the goal posts' expedition featured some outstanding German brews. A comment on the local beers'd be nice to read.
Madison Higgins-Ashby may have only just entered her teens, but has already been selected for the Pacific Barbarians under-20 rugby sevens squad to play in Hawaii, after showing up rivals six years her senior
The 13-year-old dynamo has tried her hand at various sports, representing NSW in Oztag and touch football, and currently plays rugby league for the St Clair Comets
But her dream lies in rugby sevens, a game she has only been playing for just over 12 months, and a chance at representing her country at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
