Rugby Championship 2025 : South Africa v Australia Round 2

all in all a frustrating game but reckon the wallabies will be pleased with their tour and effort.

three injuries in the backline made it hard to get things flowing. but they fronted up incredibly well. dont think a 50/50 went our way all night. and doleman is absolute kak.

also the boks look like absolute shit and will get pummeled by the kiwis.
Yeah i think there is a lot of good to take from that result.

We lost our best counter attacker in the first 4? minutes. Our starting 9 after not much longer.

Not a convincing win from RSA but they got it done with what seemed a bit of luck and a much better kick/chase

Toole looks the goods and clearly Jorgo is.

Tate didn't look as good with that longer game. Missed White. Tate is much better off the bench. Maybe Lonergan will be our future starting half when Whitey eventually hangs up the boots.

Australia played well. Few things just didn't quite bounce their way and unlucky to lose. Guess the kicking made the difference. That's why South Africa employed a full time kick-man.

Hate to be a downer but I think either us or Boks will be wooden spooners this year. The Boks are not playing anywhere near as good as normal. They are way off. Have to be happy with the results and the wallabies are starting to look better for sure but until we play Argentina and abz I just don't know where we sit

After that game its hard to argue that boks are currently a better side than the wallabies. Id like our chances to beat them in a home series

The sling tackle on white and hip drop on occonner. They should look at taking it out of the game. You don't often see the bigger players tackle like that when we know they can.
