timing differences aside, i think we're saying the same thing: nucifora was the main man until deans stepped into the frame.
Gits is the only player i've ever heard of who doesn't like playing for deans.........
There is a bit of selective memory here, Link was in the mix, but he didn't have the runs on the board having just moved on from the Tahs to Stade.
At the Tahs he was considered a prudent, tough & smart coach.
It wasn't until he got to the Reds that he became an attacking genius and the new messiah

The question is whether this says more about Deans or Gits?
So do we all think that Deans never had a proper "game plan" while coaching the Crusaders as well or just while he has been coaching the Wallabies?
