In all fairness how many club games has McIntyre been fit for? Maybe Graham finally had another flyhalf option to select?

It seems Frisby also got a head knock last week and it won't be determined whether he'll be on the pine until game day.
So obviously someone had to be selected for the No10 spot. It will be interesting but don't expect too much with McIntyre.

While I fully expected the Rebels to beat the Blues, I was equally certain that they couldn't do it with a BP.

But they did.

So, in the spirit of not fucking with the Gods of Fate, I am going to say that the Rebels should beat the Reds, but I don't expect them to have a BP win.

:p

But now that you have called it beforehand - the same rules no longer apply

Ah, fuck it. I'm on the finals bandwagon and it is full steam ahead coming into the pointy end.

Rebels by 20 and a BP.

Yeah, that's right. I said it.

See you around the water cooler on Monday.

Agreed. If they rebels don't win with that team then they aren't legitimate finals contenders.

I think it would be an amazing turnaround for the reds to be able to win against an in form rebels team. I don't know what, if any, impact knuckles could have in just a few days but it will be interesting to see.

I want the reds to win, but also think it would be great to see the Rebels get into the finals this year.

I don't really mind who wins, so I just hope for an entertaining game.

This Reds team selection looks like one of the most sensible all season; a proven five-eight wearing the 10 jumper for starters, who woulda thunk? And JOC (James O'Connor) out the back where he's put in so many sterling performances in gold. BUT, call me a shit-stirrer, if the Rebels get up for this one surely RG's gotta fall on his sword on Monday. Which can only be a good thing for both Queensland and Oz rugby. A game I'd like to be at as a reasonably disinterested spectator.
