Nonngorr. Fa'agase. Asiata. Canham. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto). Blyth. Smith. That's what allowed us to win the game. The direction from Tate and Lynagh, very much required.

My MOTM is probably Asiata. He needed to step up and did. and came back for seconds.

Just home from the game, happy with the win and teams performance! Lynagh played a great first half, and second half was more defence. Stars in defence will be interesting for this game I think, highlight some heavy lifts in the forwards.

one thing I will say is, they ‘Super Rugby’ really need to have the referees comments broadcast over the speakers in the stadium. There’s far too many times where the crowd is left perplexed as to what the call was or what the explanation of it was. This basic stuff that needs to be made standard at games of this level.

NFL have done it for years.

Haven't been to a game this year, but is the ground announcer not providing the basic info (e.g., penalty to the Reds, not rolling away)? It always used to be the case - although now that I think about it, I'm not sure I recall it from the games I've attended over the last couple of seasons...

It is not. Took a non-rugby oriented work mate to the Tahs/Chiefs game and I couldn't even figure out what the fuck was going on half the time. The Foketi try was inexplicable.

Miraculously - he still enjoyed it. Probably my drunken gesticulating.

I think occasionally you hear when they’re talking to the TMO.. but if it’s outside of that no, it’s silence around penalties.

Reds a totally different side coming out of the bye. Blues aren't what they were but ghat was an impressive, direct display. McDermott, Lynagh and of course McReight fantastic but very impressed with Pakeho - extra size and speed compared to Paisami might see him in front of him for Wallabies consideration in the near future.
