Tahs should have taken the drop when they for those 22 phases. Not good enough tonight, faint finals hopes over.

Taking off Barnes was the wrong call, if he'd stayed on who knows. Fair play to the Rebels good win for them.

Barnes injured - what are you going to do? Horne came on but they didn't involve him enough because the set piece execution was fuct.

In fact, Barnes starting at 12 instead of coming on late altered Horne's usefulness completely. No midfield punch to isolate Inman's rush defence.

Not sure what the game plan was, but smashing the Rebels around the ruck apparently isn't it. We are playing like we just needed to show up to win.

Dennis pretty much said as much in the post-match interview.....which was a pretty shit interview BTW. I dunno who the guy asking the questions was but it seemed like he hadn't thought of any questions to ask at all beforehand.

Where is Friar Tuck when you need him?

Great reminder of his efforts last night on Rugby Club when MD won his second top 5 award of 2013.

Whenever Barnesy kicks he always gets those leg issues. Doubt its serious though (I hope its not anyway).

Props to the young Rebs side. Hegarty still has some NRL habits to get over...

For someone who's allegedly done an AR and/or a ref' course Marto displays a distinct lack of knowledge of the Laws of the Game.

Fucking hell Cheika is going to crap a bunny.

Back to the Waratahs of old. Lacked commitment.

Awesome defence by the Rebels, but the Tahs didn't earn the right to go wide because the forwards didn't commit. The "performance" by Timani will surely make deans rethink his selection

Timani actually played well but due to your predetermined bias you probably didn't see it. He ran well, body height was better than last week, broke the line once and one offload that wasn't held. His defence was excellent including the big hit on jones that led directly to 3 points plus he held up higgers in the first half, there were at least 2 other big hits as well. His work rate was fine and he is the best scrummaging lock in the country. But all this doesn't really matter because according to you he's crap every week.

Legend player..doesn't change that it was a crap interview. He pretty much asked the same question 3 times in 3 different ways.

This seems to assume that a good post match interview exists.

Winner: "Yeh mate, the boys put in a big effort tonight and credit to their hard work"

Loser: "Yeh look mate, theyre a good team and you cant give them the opportunities we did."

Its tough off the top of my head to say where exactly the Tahs lost this one, only conclusion I can come to so far is that the Rebels just wanted it more. One more viewing with a clearer head for this one I think.

LOL....well that's fair enough I suppose.

Great game to watch. Even had me and Mrs Bullrush shouting and cheering for the Rebels at the end there. Well-deserved win!!

Handling errors? They coughed up so much ball in the first half...

Thats when the clear and sober head comes into it, as I said I'll depress myself tomorrow by re watching the game and see the logical reasons why we lost.

He was better with the ball, but last week he was [edit] dire [/edit] so you're not saying a lot there. Made a good tackle or two, but quite frankly he doesn't hit enough rucks or win enough lineout ball for a second row.

I used to like the bloke, but after you get over the odd flashy thing he does, you'll realise the Tahs are better off without him.

Best scrummaging lock is pushing it. We hardly dominated the Rebels tonight
