Was Jackson. Wait a minute..... Jackson. Pollock. It's a bloody art conspiracy! They did have a foot or two in front of the last feet a LOT.

Jackson. Pollock. He's just as bad, all over the place, can't see the wood for the trees.....

That looks bad. Mitchell is is real trouble here.

That could be 4+ weeks.

Or the judiciary could let him off. They are a bit like the French team; you just don't know what mood they will be in.

Got a week, did everything right to minimize the damage. Zebo lands on his back and not neck or head.

If anything it's a lesson how not to hurt a player when a tackle goes wrong.

I think Mitchell got a pretty raw deal there. It looks like Zebo creates the overturning momentum by simultaneously trying to stay in-field and get to ground, while Mitchell is trying to drag him out. I know the onus is on the tackler but it looks like a fairly freak thing. Having said that, I think that's why he got 1 week and not 4.

Yeah, on reflection I tend to agree with that.

I think the main reason I thought Mitchell was a goner was that Zebo did get tipped above the horizontal, and he did land on his neck. Regardless of Mitchell's intent, I thought that alone would have been enough for a holiday.

It just reinforces the view that I should not seek a career in the IRB Judiciary. ;)

Mate with the judiciary you never know. Someone could have had a rough night's sleep and Mitchell gets 4 weeks. The lack of transparency really irks me. Not so much in this case, but in many others.
