Hosea and Philip should be a strong combo next season.

Had them last season but that was Hosea’s first couple of pro games so will be nice to see if they can turn this into an area of strength

Keep either Cummins or RHP & use Josh Canham as the 4th in the squad to develop if we get an Inj bring someone experienced from club rugby like we did with Nowlan this year

Wouldn’t surprise me to see To’omua signed before TT comp.

The current environment should be the best it’s been in a number of years to retain talent with a WC only 2 years away and then a Lions tour only another 2 years after, then hopefully a home WC 2 years after all that. If we had a little bit more money we would be laughing

Guys, is Eloff oz eligible?

Would like to see Foote hold on to this bloke in Melb (then Rennie finds him a sneaky cap).

Thanks.

Yep, was aware he started in 2020 but didn't know if he was purely 100% parachuted in.

Is shaping up as a player with ceiling room at this level, imo.

Yeh and with SA selecting players outside SA would not have to move home to play for the Boks

Yeah & playing in a high quality league they wouldn't just be plucking a bloke out of Japan or the MLR. Boks generally dont pick young raw props so got time on his side but prob would be worth giving 20min off the bench v ARG to stop him from 1 day being a wallaby

With Gatland back at the Chiefs next season Clayton McMillan would be well worth a phone call. He has turned around a side that looked completely lost 2 games in to finalist. I sure he could get out of his contract if he was offered a senior gig.

List I would chase from 1st choice to last

Clayton McMillan (done an amazing job over the ditch)
Michael Cheika (everyone knows his game plan but when everyone fit can pay off)
DC (looks the goods in club rugby & the 6th best comp internationally
Stephan Larkham (Munster beat Leinster the other week & they never loose)
Kevin Foote (umm has coached at nrc)
Alan Jones (can do his show in andrew bolts studio??????)
