As confirmed above, Hunter Paisami has been charge by police with Affray. Bailed and summoned to be back in in front of the beak on 20 September.
Note that Pone Fa’amausili has not been charged by police.
Both players still suspended until the Rebels and RA complete their review.
Shit way to end a very positive season. Also shows the power of social media, both for good and bad.

Affray Definition: A fight between two or more persons in a public place so as to cause terror to the public
A person is guilty of affray if he uses or threatens unlawful violence towards another and his conduct is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety.
Affray is considered a more serious charge than Common Assault. While Common Assault is not considered as serious it is not something to take lightly. A conviction for Affray can be obtained more readily than a conviction for Assault
