Llyod Walker???

Walker by name walker by nature.
I was not talking about his speed. I was talking about his ability to offload, which doesn't rely on the speed with which he covers the ground. I was also talking about players I have seen play live. But a pithy one-liner nonetheless.

Who is the fitness bloke with the Side Show Bob hair doo, that was at the Brumbies? I would say the value of his recruitment is hugely underestimated.

I suspect Cooper will be starting up the BBQ sometime shortly after half time.
Someone has to cook the dinner for the wining side.

whilst not his best game, the bulls shut his running game down quite effective, he did stick to the Reds game plan very well, he proved that he was capable of remaining calm in intense matches

His ability to spread the ball wide and use the whole width of the field is second to none. Couple of way-ward passes there in the 2nd half, but the pace was so fast he can be forgiven a bit.

You know, I have finally figured out why this dude will never get a permanent number 10 Jersey!

A. Barnes always does enough at the end of each season to win back that Jersey! i bet he will shine again vs the Highlanders just like he did vs the Chiefs!

B.The Semi's games will overshadow what he did earlier in the season. The Reds are out of contention and he is quickly fading.

He should cover the bench but for Match day 22's sake, I think Beale is fast becoming the new Mr. Fix it at all positions!

Only if he's signed a short-term contract with the Reds again. ;)

Beale is the slowest player in Australian rugby, no thanks.

He's very fast over the first 10m, which allows him to start breaks for his team. But, most importantly, he's lightning over that most important distance: the 6 inches between the ears. Reddy!, go back and have a look at the try he scored off Barnes' kick and the beautifull pick up and toed through ball for Turner's try. Kurtley's fast enough for me.

I made a mistake! The Reds are still in contention very much and quite scary to say so!

If they win with a bonus point, they got 39 points.

If the Brumbies draw, they have 38 and saders 37

If the Hurricanes draw, they have 37 and Waratahs 39!

Holy shit. The math might Favor them!

Waratahs might fuck up while the Reds step up!

Ioane better do something big!

fixed Wazza, the Reds have as much chance of making the finals as Joh Bjelke-Petersen had getting to the Lodge.

Agree about the 6 inches between the ears - unfortunately 4inches is bone Ha ha - but he is an intuitive player, one of the few abound - reckon he has now matured and good on him

Clearly Reddy doesn't watch much, but then again he was obviously exaggerating.

One Stirling Mortlock is close to the slowest back in Oz rugby. When he was fit in a Brumbies game I remember Ben Alexander running past him.

Even a few years ago, when he was less injured, I remember Latham (not a noted sprinter himself), having to turn and chase a kicked through ball, while Mortlock starting in roughly the same location was at 'full' speed. Within 30m Latham had run past him.

my nephew's team (Taylor Bridge U8s) played Souths U8s yesterday, which had Quade's brother or cousin or someone playing in it.

Quade spoke to the Souths boys pre-game, but then came over to the Taylor Bridge boys at half time and had a great chat to them.

Then he hung around for both teams after the game siging autograps, having pics and chatting.

Great work I reckon.

That's great stuff Noddy.

I hope Quade's court stuff ends positively as I think Quade has really turned a corner this year. He developing into quite a mature young man.

Yeah, and I think he's a big part of rebuilding the spirit of the Reds. I love the fact that the team circled Hardy post game and did the victory song on the field. Quade was a big part of that, he had the QLD flag and Hardy mask.

The spirit is really rebuilding. Remember how Tunie was sent out, basically walking off the field by himself. Compare that with the solid Hardman and you can see a glimpse of the pride in the Red jersey returning.

It'd take a blow though when/if Hynes leaves. And I guess Quade aint a done deal yet either.

I suspect that Quade will be Red next year though not sure about Hynes.

If that game didn't showcase the most sublime ball skills going around in S14 then I'll go hee. Cooper was an absolute magician at times.
