As ive heard Smith will be a Bulldog in 2016 for his third year. His combination with a queensland 20s 10 and the possible return of Brett Gillespie to the Kennel could be a huge game changer for the doggies
Tim Smith has been confirmed as remaining at Wests.
Phil Mooney confirmed that he had been to Wests training before Christmas. One of the coaches at Wests lives nearby Bottomley Park, so they were doing extras there.
@Bulldog - how do you think Wests will go this year? If Brett Gillespie comes back and Smith stays at 9, the Dogs could certainly upset a few teams.
None of the boys have been informed of any cuts as yet.Any one aware of what the qld 20s are looking like?
I heard first round of cuts have been made
Possibly Stephan Van de Walt as well. That would really be something.I know it's outside this thread but what are people's thoughts on Quade making the Olympics 7s?
How many Souths Magpies will be at the Olympics - Pama Fou, Stanard, Quade.
That would be a significant representation for one club - well done Souths.
I believe at one stage during 2012-13, GPS had Joey Lalagavesi, Pama Fou, Junior Rasolea and Sean McMahon all in the Australian 7's squad. It was a nice thing to have their names on the books but I don't recall them playing much down at Yoku that year!
The Heavies have Con Foley and Nick Malouf, so they're not far behind.
Where did the Badge play before he moved south to Randwick?

Didn't Sean McMahon play for GPS in the 2013 finals?
