Refabit

G Coast City Council has closed all grounds this weekend.
That's one way to ensure Breakers don't suffer a humiliating loss.
Other possible avenues include:
- Reinstating Sunny Coast
- Playing Norths each week

Great to see you are so supportive refabit but they will continue to play as Filth has outlined and they didn't suffer a humiliating loss last week but its early days. I for one was critical of how they would perform but from what I have seen and from what I am hearing from various sources the transfer of the management of the rugby program to Bond has been a positive for all involved and although this year you may not see the benefits of the transition, they may not be the whipping boys you make them out to be.

Mid 2000s Gold Coast knocked off Brothers quite often.

@sully, I expect some ripper pics like you did last week mate.

I hope the Reds A players are running around this week.

Same with the QLD Under 20s, they will really prop up Brothers.

Looks like Wests vs Norths games will go ahead. A decision was to be made by 6am and all is quite so i would suggest this means it is on for young and old at shaw park today

As it was tipped earlier it seems that Anae got cold feet or didn't like what he saw at Souths and is awaiting a re-release back to Sunnybank.

Does anyone know why two Reds A players Genia and Fa’agase are suspended from playing? They are on the last with the life bans and I presume there sin is far more inconsequential. Was it a disciplinary issue picked up playing for QLD A or an admin issue?

If anyone is going to the Norths v Wests match or the Bond Uni v Brothers match we would love a couple of paragraphs summarising the games.

We definitely don't have anyone at Norths v west!

Qld Country definitely to train & play on the coast. Bases at Bond play at Robins.
I did read that of course, but the assertion was that they were to be 'backed' by Bond. I have not read anything to suggest Bond's involvement apart from providing facilities to play at.

Genia had a past the horizontal tackle last week against Argentina. I don't know how long he is out.

I don't know about Sef.. But he practically lives at the Judiciary. He has got quite the bit of mongrel in him (pardon the doggie pun) & sometimes his head full of steam gets the best of him.
