Any changes to the Nudgee side? Or is it the same team that ran over tss??
Rugby home & away games way to go soccer can fill in any gaps if neededThat's true. Although I'd actually love to see a home and away season over 2 terms. Would never happen though.
I am glad to be back on the forum and I made my way down to Bulimba riverside on the weekend and caught the last half of the seconds and the rest of the first for Gt.Inside Scoop from the GT boys is that the sexies (2nd XV) are the most dominate set piece team at terrace. There Scrummaging is led by veteran and 1XI leg spinner Harry Jackson who can play all three positions in the front row. The airspace (lineout) is super-crisp (like the beers) according to all reports with the likes of Joe Grice and Lachie Cooper leading the tight five at lineout time.
would love to see Clifton get a run on for one of these trials. Also, could someone tell me if Dennis is starting this weekend and at what position. Especially, after such an incredible game last weekend.I am glad to be back on the forum and I made my way down to Bulimba riverside on the weekend and caught the last half of the seconds and the rest of the first for Gt.
I'll have to agree with you there QTT, Jacko has got the ball on a string, some very good throwing from the seconds incumbent.
Given the same old problems in the GT firsts lineouts in Saturday, could they look at Jacko as part of the solution?I am glad to be back on the forum and I made my way down to Bulimba riverside on the weekend and caught the last half of the seconds and the rest of the first for Gt.

Not sure mate, would love to see Dennis get a run at 9 and possibly hales at 10.would love to see Clifton get a run on for one of these trials. Also, could someone tell me if Dennis is starting this weekend and at what position. Especially, after such an incredible game last weekend.
I think get in BBCOB DANE GAGI!!! HE GETS ORIGIN. #GWBWGWBThought I might say to all the Queenslanders on the forum, tough night last night. Sad that Ashley Klein had to make it about himself again with some very questionable calls throughout the whole night. Shout out to Rob Toia from Nudgee who held his own out in the centers, thought he had a great debut game with the conditions the QLD were faced with. Any suggested changes for game 2?

Thought this was a union forum if you want to talk about league and Nudgee college NRL icons you can go to a NRL forum. Oh wait, there is no such thing. No wonder our game is failing, because there are people like you that try to bring us down to a level where passion for union gets diluted by off-topic chatter. If you cared as much about growing the code as you do about name-dropping league schools, you'd know this forum is for backing the game we love—not derailing it.Thought I might say to all the Queenslanders on the forum, tough night last night. Could be, they've got a couple options to work with in the front row and they should be trying some new things so wouldn't mind seeing him out there.Given the same old problems in the GT firsts lineouts in Saturday, could they look at Jacko as part of the solution?
Who's this so called "Jacko" can the kid play haven't heard of himCould be, they've got a couple options to work with in the front row and they should be trying some new things so wouldn't mind seeing him out there.
Yeah my bad mate scrum-piggy, you join the forum this year and think your the king. Was paying respect to previous GPS alumni for one single post. That's not going to 'fail' our game, bit of an overreaction. Before insulting my school's elite rugby players and saying it's derailing the forum, please think before you post.Thought this was a union forum if you want to talk about league and Nudgee college NRL icons you can go to a NRL forum. Come out to tennyson this weekend and you'll see him in the flesh!!Who's this so called "Jacko" can the kid play haven't heard of him
I think I might know who you're talking about eagle. I'm not sure of his name as well but I agree his ball handling stood out from the rest. Must be Tom Barker's hard focus on quick passes. He has famously been the 14A's GT for quite some time now. I've heard from people he's coached before, he focuses on passing a lot.Speaking about GT hookers, who is that big fella who played in the GT 14a's last year?
Was watching my nephew on the field next to the GT vs BSHS 14a's game last year and couldn't help but notice his elite ball skills and tough ball carrying
I think he might be somewhat related to Charlie Cooke (GTOB) anyone got a name?
Hey mate just to touch on that possibility of Dennis 9 and Hales 10. That is a great take, however personally, I would love to see Dennis run at 9 and control the game as it should be played, keep Clifford at 10 because of his pure leadership and role model type gameplay, and that would push Hales to the wing. Not only would this see Hales excel with a bit of extra space, but would also utilise his kicking and footwork skills that I am sure he has been working on this off season. ThanksNot sure mate, would love to see Dennis get a run at 9 and possibly hales at 10.
Could move clifford back to 13 or possibly even fullback. I think Dennis is just such a game breaker that you need to fit him into your starting this weekend.
I watched the Terrace 16a's game last year against BSHS and I must agree I think Clifton is a very good player. With all the issues surrounding GT's lineout over the last few years could he be the answer?
