3. Sau (BSHS)
4. O'Neil (BBC)
5. Williams (ACGS)
6. Hart (NC)
7. Picot (BSHS)
8. Nasser (GT)
9. Brown (TGS)
10. Ingram (TSS)
11: Coombes (IGS)

15. Beatie (TGS)
Some could definitely have some questions regarding this Team of The Week (TOTW) prediction. In my personal opinion, I would have J Hogan form GT in at NO. 5 over Williams as I feel he is just an all round player. A line out specialist and low chop enthusiast, hogan knows when to switch gears and make an impact, which I don't see from Williams. Yes Williams is a classy player who was picked in the Emerging Reds Cup in 2023, but he just doesn't have the mongrel I see from Hogan. Might be a contentious pick being an ACGS old boy, but this forum is where if you wanna piss like a puppy, stay on the porch, and let the big dogs eat

What does that last bit of that sentence mean? The one regarding the puppy and the porch?!

Quick Point from QTT

With the U18 AUS squad being announced how many GPS players do you believe will start. With the team having some great AAGPS and CAS players from down in Sydney I believe only a few QLD GPS players will get a crack.

From that squad I knew most of the names and ill give you my Top 5 players from the squad

5. Angus Grover (NSW)
4. Frankie Goldsborough (QLD)
3. Leo Jaques (NSW)
2. Toby Brial (NSW)
1. Marshall Le Maitre (QLD)

Just want to shed light on some information I learnt recently from one of brother Banjo.

Joe Grice, a traditional second rower, has been called up to the Gregory Terrace 1st XV bench. With the recent injury to Flanker/Lock forward Rupert McGrath, Joe will potentially get minutes against ACGS. He’s a country boy and just does his role. Whether be winning a lineout, getting a jackal or putting a low chop on. Excited to see if he gets minutes.
I loved watching this kid the other weekend. He gets up for it.

his round of footy answers a lot of questions for me personally.

Is Jacob Johnston of NC, a dominant fullback or just a bloke who does ridiculous try celebrations, after getting put through holes? - We will find out this weekend.
Is George ‘Jack Russel’ Hales, one of the comps elite halves or does he just sniff and get lucky? - Confirming now it’s not luck, that’s a non-neogatiable.
Will Lucas Clifford be the difference BBC need in the second half against BSHS or will he stop barking? - We will find out this weekend.

When he stops barking I'll stop watching rugby

Just a thought ahead for GT V ACGS tomorrow at Tennyson. Renowned for being windy, Tennyson will as per usual have some howling winds, and with first choice goal-kicker Treyvon Pritchard out this weekend, the kicking responsibilities will be handed over to Fletcher Austin. Austin has been extremely poor with goal-kicking in previous seasons, and i imagine it will be no different tomorrow. ACGS will need to score a few more tries than GT to take the pressure of Austin's conversions if they want to win this game.

Give the young fella a break he’s returning from injury.
