Ruck penalty to Australia, Skelton responds by applying a headlock to an Argie forward. Resulting in the penalty being reversed.

Wasn't that bad, but as unnecessary/stupid as you can get

There are some weird lineout laws that apply when the pill goes beyond the 15 m line. I think he complied.

The jumper has taken the ball inside the 15m - therefore he's not allowed into the 15m+ zone and he's crossed the line of touch before it ends.
Luckily, judging by the exchange with Pollock when IF tackled in the air Peyper only knows about half the laws.

Funny nobody is bagging Foley for running sideways. It's like people have just acknowledged that he's only doing it because he's not getting fast enough service and therefore is not able to just attack direct.

The sort of dumb act that would usually draw out the "Simmons is a penalty magnet" type posters.
