Round 8 3rd XV:
Joeys v Kings
View v TAS
New v Scots
Shore v Grammar
High has the bye
My thinking is:
Joeys by 20
TAS by 10
Scots by 40
Grammar by 30
Alright. I've been quiet so far this week, but I'm going to level with you. The BOM are in disarray, they've got pretty close to Buckley's in calling the weather this week. Some are saying dry, some are saying wet.
Despite Darryl's claims to the contrary there was never any interruption: 3 weeks ago they got the rain right for bled 1 and have been dining out on it ever since. So normal service has been resumed?

25-35km/h winds forecast and I'll be buggered if it isn't 70.
Wind is the one thing they should be able to get right and the thing that plays havoc with under age footy.
Revised predictions?
This mornings weather would have to be good news for New and Shore. It evens up both of those matches.
I'll stick with my predictions for 3rds, but the scores are likely to be closer.
A little local knowledge at Stanmore might be advantageous. Tip: check the north western corner for tadpoles.
The ground out there is on a slope isn't it?
For personal reasons, I am not going to be able to make the TAS matches today. GRRRR! Here is the Armidale Express story on today's game. Yes, I know that its local, but its nice to get the coverage forGPS Rugby - http://www.armidaleexpress.com.au/story/2523604/tas-plans-to-finish-season-with-title/

Great team work keeping the ball alive in the wet.
Nick Finney 3 tries
I would like to see TAS play someone like Kings or Shore 1sts and see how they go..
