Considering C Galligan was COB for Shore’s past rowing season… The clear potential for captain of rugby has revealed the possibility of him achieving a truly remarkable ‘double banger’ as we may call it.

No pressure on the kid, but does anyone have records of the last time this happened?… If ever?!

Robert Heath at Shore back in the 1950s. Rowed 1st VIII 1955-6-7. Captain of Boats 1957. Played 1st XV 1954-5-6-7 and Captain of Football 1956-7. Played GPS 1st XV 1955-6-7 including being Vice Captain 1956-57. He got his athletics colours in 1956-7. He was also Second Prefect in 1957. He was reasonably good at sport and a good leader. Boarder from Gunnedah.
